What size dog bed should I get?
The size of the dog bed you need will depend onthe length of your dog. The best way todetermine the right size is to measure your dogfrom the tip of the nose to the base of the tailthis is the minimum length the bed needs foryour dog to stretch out.

Do you support replacing damaged product parts?
Yes. We support replacing damaged parts for you. When you purchase our product with damaged parts, please contact us as soon as possible. After verifying the inventory quantity, we will arrange shipment for you. If the inventory is insufficient, please wait for a few days.

Is shipping free?
We provide free shipping for most orders above $60.
If you are in our warehouse locations (United States, Canada, United Kindom, Germany, Spain, Italy, France), you can also enjoy free shipping.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within within 48 hours.
Due to unusually high amount of orders, our current delivery times may be a bit longer than normal. We appreciate your patience and are doing our best to ship all orders as soon as possible.
Can I update the shipping address on my order?
We can update your shipping address as long as you contact us with your new address before your order is shipped out. lf your package has already shipped, we cannot guarantee your order will be shipped to the new address, but we will try our best
